AM Tooling A/S Sells 33 Percent of Shares to Profound Partners A/S to Support a Vision of Long-Term Growth by Strengthening Danish Operations and Entering New Business Areas
Denmark's leading supplier of production tools and complete production lines, AM Tooling in Odense, has welcomed a new co-owner. Silkeborg-based Profound Partners A/S has acquired 33 percent of the shares, joining the ownership group. Profound Partners will also gain a seat on the board of directors.
The current owners, Torben Viby and Carsten Laursen, will continue managing the company, which they have developed alongside their employees into a leading enterprise in the metal industry with continuous growth through collaborations with significant Danish and European industrial companies.
Opportunity for New Jobs
Explaining the rationale behind purchasing shares in AM Tooling, Steffen Pasgaard, Chairman of the Board of Profound Partners A/S, said:

Future-Proofing and Development
At AM Tooling, the current owners are excited about having a new shareholder on board. Torben Viby, CEO and co-owner of AM Tooling, says:
