Vi har netop indk\u00f8bt to nye bearbejdningscentre fra Mazak, der begge leveres med Mazaks PALLETECH-pallesystem. Det automatiserer h\u00e5ndtering af paletter med emner samt opsp\u00e6nding ind og ud af maskinerne. Systemet reducerer spildtid, udnytter maskinerne og klarer opsp\u00e6nding bedre. Derudover bliver det muligt at k\u00f8re produktionen ubemandet i l\u00e6ngere perioder, dag og nat.<\/p>\n

To nye bearbejdningscentre til Odense<\/strong><\/p>

Den nye VORTEX e-1600V\/10 er et 5-akset simultan bearbejdningscenter med en robust dual-column-konstruktion. Maskinen leveres med Mazak PALLETECH pallesystem og 6 paletter, og vi forventer levering om ca. 12 m\u00e5neder.<\/p>\n

VORTEX i-800V\/8 kobles til Mazak PALLETECH-systemet med hele 18 paletter, hvilket giver markant mere kapacitet til lange, ubemandede produktionsk\u00f8rsler. Denne maskine har en forventet leveringstid p\u00e5 ca. 9 m\u00e5neder.<\/p>
